Rose’s Smash House is our passion project, a husband-and-wife team who built their careers in the world of fine dining but always believed great food shouldn’t be reserved for special occasions.

 

After years spent working in high-end kitchens, learning precision, technique, and the discipline of hospitality, we set out to create something more personal, more fun, and more accessible. A burger joint built for everyday people.

 

At Rose’s Smash House, that philosophy shows up in everything. Our burgers are made from high-quality Certified Angus Beef and smashed to order for a crispy, caramelized crust. Our potatoes are fried in grass-fed beef tallow for bold, old-school flavor. Our kitchen runs with the same attention to detail you’d find in a white-tablecloth restaurant, but the atmosphere is loud, welcoming, and a little rebellious.

 

Inspired by the grit of tattoo parlors and mechanic shops, the space celebrates craftsmanship, the kind you can see, hear, and smell from the open kitchen.

 

For us, Rose’s Smash House isn’t about fine dining, it’s about great dining. No pretension, no gatekeeping, just honest food made with skill, care, and a deep respect for the people who walk through our door.
